We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sheryl Lowe purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print for a seamless return process.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original designer packaging and include the packing slip before sealing them in a shipping box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
